Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the PaaS Platform service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

PaaS Platform provides a managed hosting platform that deploys your applications, provisions databases, runs backups, and manages the underlying infrastructure. You retain ownership of your code and data.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Host malware, phishing sites, or content that violates applicable law.
• Launch denial-of-service attacks or conduct network scanning of other systems.
• Engage in cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually as selected. Prices are displayed in USD. You may cancel at any time; the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Some accounts are created and managed by an independent reseller ("Developer") authorized to onboard customers to the platform on our behalf. If your account was created this way and that reseller relationship lapses or is terminated, we may, at our discretion, reassign your account to direct platform ownership so your service continues uninterrupted, without requiring the reseller's consent.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, for failure to pay, or when required by law. Upon termination, your data is deleted after a reasonable retention period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our total liability arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
