We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address and account preferences.

When you connect a GitHub account we store an access token, your GitHub identity, and metadata about the repositories and branches you choose to deploy.

We use your information to:

• Operate and maintain your account and the platform.
• Deploy and run the applications and databases you create.
• Process payments and provide invoices.
• Send service notifications and important account updates.

Database passwords, encryption keys and provider tokens are encrypted at rest and are never transmitted to your browser. They are masked in the dashboard and only revealed on explicit request. We never sell your data.

We retain your data while your account is active. When an account is deleted, application and database data is removed from production infrastructure and backups are purged within a reasonable retention period.

We use third-party providers for payment processing, GitHub authorization, and S3-compatible object storage. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their functions.

We take reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal information from the dashboard settings or by contacting support. You may disconnect GitHub at any time.
